The Seed are fed to hopper of grader. Through hopper it enters to aspiration chamber, the dust and light impurities are sucked from the raw Seeds by blower suction. Through aspiration Seeds are fed to scalping screen where large impurities are separated. The Seeds are now distributed on two layers of grading screen where small size impurities and Seeds are separated by screening and get good quality Seeds of same size at machine outlet. Removes all dust, light impurities, Broken, immature Seeds and large impurities.
